Snagging is a where we examine and identify any incomplete works or potential defects in your new property. The snag list is an inventory of these defects, itemised in a full report. Snag lists can include many things, from the very small minor details up to a complete oversight. Things that may be included are; doors that will not open properly, cracks in plaster, loose skirting boards and architrave, poor wiring and so on. We also check the exterior for any defects. This allows you to factor in these concerns when making an offer, or indeed when selling your property.
